Meal Plan - 01

Saturday - Pizza (I used & doubled the pizza dough recipe from Paleo Spirit.)  I added a little goat cheese so more of a primal recipe than paleo.  Omit goat cheese to make paleo.
Sunday - Slow Cooker Pork Roast with Cubed Acorn Squash, Potatoes & Onions
Monday - Chicken Stir Fry
Tuesday - Lemon Pepper Salmon, Brussels Sprouts with Ghee & Sweet Potato Fries
Wednesday - Sausage Meatballs on Garlic "Butter" (Ghee) Spaghetti Squash
Thursday - Slow Cooker Beef Stew & Dinner Rolls (Paleo Spirit recipe again!)
Friday - Chicken with Sauteed Mushrooms & Onions and Roasted Root Veggies
