Saturday - Mediterranean Meatza Pies
Sunday - Roast Duck, Roasted Turnip and Pureed Parsnips
Monday - Italian Chicken Fingers, Sweet Potato Fries and Spinach
Tuesday -  Breakfast for Dinner: Sausage Hash and Scrambled Eggs
Wednesday - Baked Salmon with Lemon & Thyme (I added black olives, sundried tomatoes & capers to ours), Zucchini Ribbons & Beets
Thursday - Meatloaf and Mashed Cauliflower
Friday - Asian Meatballs and Lemon Sesame Broccoli

Sunday - Slow Cooker Roast Chicken with Potatoes & Carrots
Monday - Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie
Tuesday - Pork Chops with Apples & Onions and Oven Roasted Cabbage Wedges
Wednesday - Coconut Flour Pan Fried Cod, Roasted Beets & Mashed Turnip
Thursday - Shrimp Stir Fry
Friday - Paleo Pork Tacos

Meal Plan - 01

Saturday - Pizza (I used & doubled the pizza dough recipe from Paleo Spirit.)  I added a little goat cheese so more of a primal recipe than paleo.  Omit goat cheese to make paleo.
Sunday - Slow Cooker Pork Roast with Cubed Acorn Squash, Potatoes & Onions
Monday - Chicken Stir Fry
Tuesday - Lemon Pepper Salmon, Brussels Sprouts with Ghee & Sweet Potato Fries
Wednesday - Sausage Meatballs on Garlic "Butter" (Ghee) Spaghetti Squash
Thursday - Slow Cooker Beef Stew & Dinner Rolls (Paleo Spirit recipe again!)
Friday - Chicken with Sauteed Mushrooms & Onions and Roasted Root Veggies
